对国外优秀女子百米运动员的加速跑距离、个人最大速度与运动成绩关系的研究

摘    要:对国外7名优秀女子优秀百米运动员比赛中加速跑的距离、个人最大速度与运动成绩的关系进行研究,并对国内外优秀女子百米运动员的有关指标进行了比较分析.结果发现:1)运动员的运动成绩与比赛中加速跑距离的大小、个人最大速度都呈高度负相关,加速跑距离长,最大速度快,运动成绩优秀.2)国内优秀女子百米运动员平均成绩低于国外优秀运动员的主要原因在于国内运动员在百米比赛中以较高的步频过早地达到了个人最大速度,使加速跑距离过短,影响了运动成绩.

Abstract:The relationships between the accelerative running distance, the individual maximum speed and the athletic performances were studied in 7 elite foreign 100m. female runners, and the relative indexes were compared and analyzed as well. The results were as follows: 1) The athletic performances were inversely correlated with the accelerative running distance and the individual maximum speed during competition. The longer the accelerative running distance was the faster and the individual maximum speed was, the better the athletic performances would be. 2) The main reason for that the average performance of the Chinese elite 100m. runners was lower than that of the foreign runners lies in that the Chinese runners were too early to reach their individual maximum speed with high frequency of stride in the 100m. race, so that their accelerative running distances were too short and their athletic performances were affected.
