| 摘 要： | 摘要：以运动普遍存在的节律性为研究基础，运用文献资料法和专家访谈法，对田径运动节奏研究的新进展与专项节奏基础进行系统剖析，研究得出：学科领域共融化、研究方法多样化、专项节奏多元化整合和大数据客观参考，将促进田径运动节奏的创新与发展；从多个研究视角分析田径专项节奏；从储备、控制、应用三大系统，分析田径运动节奏的影响因素；以四维时空观，分析田径运动节奏表现形式；以项群归类法，分析走跑、跳跃、投掷类项群的专项节奏特征；以类属性、结构性、原理性为基础，分析田径运动专项节奏规律；提出田径运动节奏的数字化调控方法。以期能为田径运动教学和训练提供启发和帮助。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Based on rhythm that is widely existed in sports, this paper analyzed new progress of track and field sports rhythm research and specific event rhythm basis by the methods of literature review and expert interview. Conclusions: Disciplinary field integration, research methods variety, specific rhythm variety integration, and big data reference would promote innovation and development of track and field sports rhythm. Track and field specific event rhythm was analyzed from multiple perspectives Analysis. The influencing factors of track and field sports rhythm were analyzed from the perspectives of reserve, control, and application. Track and field sports rhythm forms were analyzed by four dimensional spatio-temporal view. This paper analyzed specific event rhythm characteristics of running, jumping and throwing by the method of event-group classification. It also analyzed track and field sports special event rhythm regularity based on attribution, structure, and principle and put forward digital control methods. We hope this can provide revelation and help for track and field sports teaching and training. |
