| 摘 要： | 运用问卷法、座谈法和数理统计法,对浙江省五所高等院校大学生的生活行为、习惯现状和对健康内涵理解等方面的实际情况进行调查研究.分析影响当代大学生身心健康发展的主要原因,寻求大学生健康成长和良好的途径和方法,旨为更好实施"健康第一"的指导思想提供依据.

| Abstract: | The present situation of the undergraduates' lives, behaviors and habits as well as their understanding of the health connotation and so on were investigated and studied in 5 colleges and universities of Zhejiang province by questionnaires, informal discussions and mathematical analysis. The main causes of influencing the contemporary students' physical and mental health development were analyzed, and measures were taken for seeking good ways and methods for the students to grow up healthily so as to provide gist for putting the guiding idea of "Health First" into practice. |
