| 摘 要： | 根据我国公共服务民营化与体育体制改革的大背景,主要采用规范与实证研究的方法,分析公共体育场馆民营化改革的障碍,结果显示:目前我国公共体育场馆民营化主要存在政府责任认识不清、监管体系不健全、风险认知不到位、评价意识薄弱等障碍。由此基于5C战略理论,从而提出我国公共体育场馆民营化改革的核心、竞争、结果、顾客、控制战略,为我国公共体育场馆改革与发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | In the context of China’s public service privatization and sports system reform,the thesis mainly adopts standardization and empirical method to analyze obstacles of the public sports venues’ privatization reform.The results show that China’s public sports venues’ privatization mainly has the following obstacles: unclear government responsibility,defective regulatory system,inadequate risk consciousness,weak evaluation consciousness,etc.Based on the 5C strategy theory,and then puts forward the core,competition,result,customer,control and strategy of China’s public sports venues reform to provide references for its reform and development. |
