| 摘 要： | 采用《教师领导方式问卷》、《学生在校行为问卷》、《学校情境量表》探讨了业余体校12～16岁运动员的心理压力、心理适应与教练员领导方式的关系。研究发现,运动员心理适应与心理压力有显著的负相关;运动员的心理压力与教练员的民主型领导方式有显著的负相关,与教练员的权威型和放任型领导方式有显著正相关;运动员心理适应与教练员的民主型领导方式有显著的正相关,与教练员的权威型和放任型领导方式有显著负相关。男女运动员心理压力与心理适应有显著差异。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author tries to probe the effect of coaches' leadership on young athletes' psychological pressure and psychological adaptation by means of the questionnaire on coaches' leadership, the questionnaire on students' behaviors at school as well as the statistical tables on school circumstances. The findings show that young athletes' psychological adaptation has a negative impact on their psychological pressure. And their psychological pressure, on the one hand, has a negative impact on coaches' leadership; on the other hand, it has a positive effect on the coaches' authoritative and unrestrained leadership. And what's more, the athletes' psychological adaptation has a positive influence on the coaches' leadership; but it also has a negative influence on the coaches' authoritative and unrestrained leadership. Last of all, male athletes and female athletes are quite different from each other as far as psychological pressure and psychological adaptation are concerned. |
