| 摘 要： | 科学培养全面发展的后备人才是提高我国竞技体育整体水平的急迫和重大课题之一。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等,深入总结了我国在计划经济时期和转型期培养竞技体育后备人才激励机制的得与失。在科学发展观的引领下,从理论上前瞻了竞技体育后备人才培养激励机制的理想图境:标准全面,手段灵活,注重公平,讲究效益,体现层次性和多元性。

| Abstract: | Scientifically cultivating develop comprehensively competitive sports reserve talents is the most important and urgent tasks of improving the whole athletic sports level.The research comprehensively used documents,expert interview,questionnaires etc,deeply summarized the success and the losing of the inspiration mechanism of Chinese competitive reserve talents cultivation.Guiding by scientific development view,theoretically expecting ideal pattern of inspiration mechanism,established inspiration mechanism target patter: standard comprehensive and means flexible,focus on fair,stress efficiency,expressing layer and pluralism. |
