| 摘 要： | 作为经济欠发达地区之一的陕西省,在全面实现农村小康社会中,把发展农村体育和开展农民健身活动作为小康建设的重要方面来抓.在实际工作中以"体育竞赛"为杠杆,坚持抓农村"民间体育"和"节日体育",体现了当前农村全民健身的一般特点与规律.现阶段,依靠"政府行为"和以开展"乡土体育"为主体的农村体育模式,在我国农村地区具有一定的代表性和现实性.并就如何开展农民健身问题提出4点思考.

| Abstract: | The physical education (P.E.) of farmers and the development of P.E. in the countryside should be taken as main tasks in the course of all-round construction of wealthy society in Shanxi, which is seen as an underdeveloped area in China. Non-official sports and holiday sports embody the general characteristics and fundamental principles of the rural P.E., which regards sports competition as its level in actual work. At present the model of the rural P.E., which is implemented based on "countryside sports" with the support from 'government policy", is representative and practical in the rural regions in China. Accordingly four consideration, with a focus on how to develop P.E. and physical activities in the countryside in China, were proposed. |
