| 摘 要： | 人们追求健康长寿和改善生活方式以及提高生活质量的主体需要是"健康第一"思想产生和发展的主要原因.学校体育领域贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想,体现了以培养学生终身健康发展为主导的思想."健康第一"思想是统领学校体育其他指导思想的最佳选择.以"健康第一"思想作为学校体育改革与发展的主导思想,这是学校体育观念演变的必然,也是推进学校体育改革和提高全民健康素质的现实需要.

| Abstract: | It is well accepted that the needs which the people pursue for health and longevity and improve the quality of life are the primary reasons that the teaching principle of "health first" was generated and developed. In this context, the implementation of the teaching principle of "health first" in the field of P.E. at school embodies the educational idea aiming to cultivate students' life-long health. It is also recognized that the teaching principle of "health first" is deemed as the best choice to direct the other principles in the physical education at school. Regarding "health first" as the main educational idea of physical education at school is seen as the essential results of the evolvement of educational ideas in P.E. at school, but also the practical needs which facilitate the P.E. curriculum reforms and improve the health quality of the whole nation. |
