| 摘 要： | 我国足球运动管理体制改革一直是体育界关心的重要议题.从转换政府职能的角度出发,提出足管中心与足协分离,改变目前中国足协"一套人马,两块招牌"所引发的种种弊端,以达到政府和市场双轮驱动的效应;提出常设国家足球队及其梯队,国家队参与中超俱乐部职业联赛,改革足球人才流通体制以及改革联赛体系等的方案;旨在继续发挥足球市场化优势的同时,为迅速提高中国足球水平,打造一支强大的国家足球队,重拾国人对中国足球的信心而探索一条新路.

| Abstract: | The reform of Chinese football sport management system is an important topic in sport field."The new football nationwide system" is the main idea of this article,stemming from the transformation of government's function,which mainly propose to separate the football management center and Chinese football association and change all sorts of malpractices initiated by the Chinese football association "same staff,two titles" at present,in order to achieve the double driving effect of both government and the market.This article proposes the plan of setting up the standing national football team and his echelon,the national team participating in Chinese super football professional league matches,reforming the system of football talented person circulation and league matches system,and so on,in order to display the superiority of the football market in the foundation,rapidly raise the Chinese football level,build a formidable national football team,and set up the Chinese people's confidence again. |
