论体育教师产生教学心理偏差的原因及解决策略

摘    要:为探索体育教师的心理状态,加强其心理管理,克服其心理偏差,通过教学观察法和文献资料法,指出体育教师在现实教学中容易出现的心理偏差,揭示其形成的原因:1)社会对体育教师的偏见以及体育教师责任感低是造成心理偏差的首要因素;2)体育教师的待遇偏低,工作量大,工作环境艰苦;3)受相对偏低的学历和较单一的知识结构的影响.并有针对性的提出解决的方法和对策.

Abstract:In order to probe into the mental state of physical education teachers, to strengthen their mental control and to overcome their mental deviations, by teaching observation and literature consultation the mental deviations easy to occur in the practical teaching of physical education teachers were pointed out. The reasons for causing their mental deviations were revealed. They are the prejudice of the society to the physical education teachers, their poor sense of responsibility, the low pay and poor conditions, the great work load, the arduous working environment as well as the influences of the relative low educational background and the unitary knowledge structure. Measures and strategy used to solve those problems were put forward accordingly.
