| 摘 要： | 以我国105名少年短道速滑运动员为对象,运用测量法对少年短道速滑运动员专项心理能力进行了测试.结果表明:我国少年短道速滑运动员的专项心理能力由协调能力、心理状态控制力、目标定向能力、快速反应能力、时空判断能力5方面组成.验证了所建立的专项心理结构,并进一步明确对可得性心理能力训练的重要意义.制定了少年短道速滑运动员专项心理能力的评价标准.

| Abstract: | The study measured special psychological abilities of 105 adolescent short-track speed skaters. The questionnaire of adolescent short-track speed skaters is made out by features of short-track, investigation and interviewing experts. The result indicates that the special psychological abilities of adolescent short-tract speed skaters consist of five factors: coordinating control ability, psychological state control ability, target state ability, quick reaction control ability, and time and space control. Through the questionnaire test, it testifies the established specified psychological structure and further clarifies the significance of the available psychological ability training. The evaluation criteria of the special psychological abilities are made. |
