| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等研究方法,对新农村体育发展的制约因素进行了探讨.研究认为:发展新农村体育是构建和谐社会、塑造社会主义新型农民的必要途径;制约新农村体育发展的因素主要有农村经济发展相对滞后、体育资源的配置严重不足、文化建设落后、主体力量削弱、体育指导员匮乏、管理体制不健全导致人为因素偏重等.并针对其制因,提出城乡统筹科学发展新农村体育、加大对农村的经济投入、提高农民的科学文化素质、因地制宜发展农村特色体育、建立建全农村体育法制等建议.

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentary data and logical analysis,the restricting factors of sports development in new socialist countryside are researched.The results are as follows.Developing sports is a necessary approach of building the harmonious society and shaping the socialist new-style peasants.There are several factors restricting the development of athletic sports in new-style countryside,such as relatively standstill of countryside economic development,severely insufficient distribution of athletic resources,the backwardness of cultural construction,the weakening of main force,deficiency of athletic instructors,and too many man-made factors caused by imperfect management system.To solve these problems,several suggestions are put forward,such as the overall development of both the city and countryside's sports,more investment,improving farmers' scientific and cultural quality,developing the countryside characteristic sports,establishing the entire countryside sports legal system,and so on. |
