| 摘 要： | 通过文献、分析、归纳和综述的方法,探讨了21世纪我国大学将大幅扩大招生人数,对体育教学中的教师、场地和器材等产生了巨大压力,其次,大学体育教学本身也面临着由应试教育向素质教育转化的问题.由此提出了大学体育教学要从传统的体育教学模式中走出来,紧盯世界大学体育教学的发展方向,从教学的目标上、内容上、形式上和方法上做出相应的改革.具体的对策是:更新教学方式与指导思想,培训体育师资,返聘退休教师,教学时间延伸,增加体育文化课比重,以及学校领导要从"健康第一"的高度解决大学体育教学面临的主要问题.

| Abstract: | By literature consultation, analysis, conclusion and summaries it was found that in the 21st century the number of enrollment will be increased by a big margin, which is a great pressure to physical education teachers, grounds and facilities. Besides, physical education of the colleges and universities themselves will be facing the transform of examination oriented education into the quality oriented education. Therefore, it was proposed that the P.E. teaching in colleges and universities of China should get out from the traditional teaching model, watch attentively the physical education development trend of the world and make corresponding reform in the aspects of teaching purpose, contents, forms and methods. The measures taken are to renew the teaching mode and guiding idea, to cultivate physical education teachers, to reappoint the retired teachers, to increase the number of everyday class and the proportion of cultural courses. In addition, the leaders of colleges and universities should solve the facing problems of physical education teaching in colleges and universities from the angle of "health first". |
