| 摘 要： | 职业体育运动是体育发展到一定阶段的必然产物.竞技体育职业化是指把竞技体育作为职业分工中的一种职业和竞技体育向专职转变的演进过程.本文分析了竞技体育职业化的概念、历程、特征、效应、制约因素及其对我国运动项目管理体制的影响,提出我国运动项目管理体制改革中,项目协会的性质和管理形式应根据各运动项目的特点、运动水平、所担负任务、市场发展前景和职业化程度等不同情况来确定.

| Abstract: | Professional sport is the necessary product of sport development to a certain phase. The professionalization of competitive sport implies to consider it as a profession in the division of work and the development process of the change of competitive sport into that of full time serve. In this article the conception, the course, the characteristics, the effect and the restrictive factors of the competitive sports professionalization as well as its impact on the Chinese administrative system of sports events were analyzed. It was advanced that in the reform of the Chinese administrative system of athletic events the quality of the associations and the administration form should be decided according to the characteristics, the athletic performance, the tasks taken on, the foreground of the market development and the extent of the professionalization. |
