一次低氧运动后快肌和慢肌Titin和Nebulin蛋白含量的变化

摘    要:目的:观察一次低氧运动后快肌和慢肌Titin和Nebulin蛋白含量的变化。方法:雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为对照组,低氧运动后即刻组,1 d组、2 d组、7 d组,每组6只,运动组进行低氧环境下的一次性间歇训练运动。低氧环境的氧浓度为12.7%。对各组大鼠的趾长伸肌和比目鱼肌分别进行荧光免疫组化分析,观察其Titin和Nebulin含量的变化。结果:一次低氧运动后1 d,趾长伸肌Titin含量显著降低(P0.05),一次低氧运动后即刻,比目鱼肌Titin含量显著降低(P0.05),均在运动后2 d恢复;一次低氧运动后即刻,趾长伸肌和比目鱼肌Nebulin含量均显著降低(P0.05),趾长伸肌于运动后2 d恢复,比目鱼肌于运动后1 d恢复。结论:一次低氧向心运动可引起比目鱼肌和趾长伸肌的Titin和Nebulin含量下降;比目鱼肌与趾长伸肌Titin和Nebulin含量的变化在时相上不完全一致。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of the study was to observed the changes of titin and nebulin content in fast muscle and slow muscle after hypoxic exercise.Method: Thrity male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group,0 hour group,1 day group,2 days group and 7 days group after hypoxia exercise of intermittently increasing loading in treadmill.The oxygen concentration of training conditions was 12.7%.The tissues collected from extensor digitorum longus and soleus of the rats.The protein content of titin and nebulin was detected by immunofluorescence.Result: The results showed that the content of titin in extensor digitorum longus decreased markedly at 1 day after hypoxic exercise(P<0.05),the content of titin in soleus decreased markedly right after hypoxic exercise(P<0.05),and recovered at 2 days after hypoxic exercise;the content of nebulin in extensor digitorum longus and soleus decreased markedly right after hypoxic exercise(P<0.05),recovered at 2 days in extensor digitorum longus and 1 day in soleus after hypoxic exercise.Conclusion:The results showed that the content of titin and nebulin in extensor digitorum longus and soleus was decreased after concentric exercise under hypoxia.The changes of titin and nebulin content in soleus and in extensor digitorum longus was differ.
