振动放松缓解骨骼肌运动性疲劳即时效果研究

摘    要:通过握力和表面肌电检测骨骼肌力量练习前后以及振动放松后的变化,评价振动放松促进骨骼肌运动性疲劳恢复的即时效果。8名健康男性青年进行上肢腕关节反复屈伸至无法继续完成动作,造成前臂运动性疲劳直至力竭。振动组采用Power Plate振动训练器进行放松,对照组自然恢复。振动放松方法为频率30 Hz,振幅2 mm,持续放松3 min,力量练习前后及振动放松后测试握力和掌长肌表面肌电,分析比较肌肉力量和表面肌电积分值(iEMG)、平均功率频率(MPF)和中值频率(MF)等变化。结果显示,力量练习后握力均明显下降(P0.01),同时掌长肌表面肌电iEMG出现明显升高(P0.01),MF和MPF出现明显下降(P0.05)。即时振动放松可以使得握力显著恢复(P0.01),掌长肌表面肌电iEMG显著性减小(P0.01),MF,MPF亦有所恢复,但组间无显著性差异(P0.05)。因此,本研究得出结论,采用连续3 min,频率为30 Hz,振幅为2 mm的即时振动放松可以使骨骼肌在发生运动性疲劳后电生理特性和力量得到明显恢复,有效缓解骨骼肌运动性疲劳,使骨骼肌力量恢复。

Abstract:Abstract:The aim of this study is to investigate the acute effects of vibration massage t o the skeletal muscle fatigue through the grip strength and the sEMG testing. Eight young normal males participated. They were required to perform the same wrist flexion and extension until they were exhausted and unable to continue the original movement due to exercise-induced fatigue. Then vibration massage was used on one upper limb of subjects with Power Plate (the vibration group), while the other side without vibration was defined as the control group. The vibration massage lasted for 3 minutes, with frequency of 30Hz, amplitude of 2mm.Grip stren gth and the sEMG of the palmarislongus of both groups were measured before and after wrist exhaustive movement, and the same measurements were repeated after t he vibration massage. Then iEMG, MPF and MF of the sEMG were analyzed with Mega 6000. The results show that after the wrist exhaustive movement, grip strength of both sides decreased significantly(P<0.01), while iEMG, MPF and MF of pal marislongus muscle changed with significant differences(P<0.05). After the vibration massage, it was showed that the iEMG of sEMG decreased significantly a nd the grip strength of the vibration group had significant recovery compared with the control group(P<0.01), while vibration massage having no significant effect on MF, MPF(P>0.05). Conclusively, acute vibration massage with frequency of 30Hz, amplitude of 2mm is reliable and would have positive effects upon t he exercise-induced fatigue of skeletal muscle, helping skeletal muscle recover y both in muscle strength and electrophysiological properties.
