| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑思维法,对学校体育学科中的运动技术、运动技能、终身体育习惯等关系进行了探讨,并构建了其中的关系图.结果认为:运动技术是学习体育的基础;运动技术达到了掌握的程度才能称为运动技能;而终身体育习惯则是在具备了自动化的运动技能的基础上,产生了人的内在需要的情况下培养起来的.

| Abstract: | Through the methods of literature review, logic analysis, this paperd iscussed the relations between sport technique, sport skill and lifelong sporth abit, and constructed a graph of their relations. The results showed that sport technique was the foundation of P.E learning; it was called sport skill when the students mastered the sport technique; the habit of long-life sports came into being only after having the automatic sport skill and the internal need of sports. |
