| 摘 要： | 自80年代初,由于我国体育健儿在国际比赛中取得了一系列优异成绩,我国城市居民开始关心体育,尤其是竞技体育,人们渴望通过体育腾飞而振兴中华。研究结果表明:我国各阶层的城市居民对竞技体育的发展持关心态度的占85.1%,有86.9%的人把体育成绩和国家的荣誉与地位紧密地结合在一起。但也有一些亟待解决的问题,主要是:应改变单一由体委系统承办运动队的机制,调动体委系统、企业和高等院校3方面的积极性,拓宽我国优秀运动队建设的路子;合理安排运动项目布局,把奥运会比赛项目和群众喜爱的项目有机地结合在一起;解决体育后备人才培养的问题,应尽快制定出切实可行的对策,否则2000年实现体育强国的战略目标就无法兑现。

| Abstract: | Since the early 1980s,Chinese urban habitants,due to the otttstandingachievements of Chinese players in international competitions,have become concernedwith sports,particularly competitive sports.The results of this survey indicate thatamong urban habitants of all social strata 85.1 percent are concerned with thedevelopment of competitive sports and 86.9 percent associate sports achievements withthe honour and position of the country.However,some urgent problems still exist.Among them mainly are:how to open up the way of building elite sports teams byaltering the mechanism of organizing sports teams only by the system of State SportCommission and mobilizing;the enthusiasm of Sport Commission,enterprises and highereducation institutions;how to rationally plan sports events and organically combineOlympic events with the events popular among masses;how to solve the problem oftraining reserve force by forming practicable policy rapidly,so as to realize thestrategy target of building China into a sports power by 2000. |
