| 摘 要： | 湖北省普通高校自主创编并推广开展"阳光体育运动"体育创编项目,是贯彻落实中发【2007】7号文件精神的主要成果之一。从体育创编项目的含义入手,对创编湖北省大学生"阳光体育运动"体育创编项目的指导思想,所创编的项目主要特点和高校开展体育创编项目的作用意义等进行分析,并对项目推广实施情况进行了总结。通过spss16.0统计软件对所创编的项目在大学生中受欢迎程度与锻炼作用与效果的调查数据进行处理,结果表明:我们所创编的项目在培养大学生养成体育锻炼的习惯、提高大学生身体素质、心理素质和社会适应能力等方面具有一定的实效性。

| Abstract: | "Sunny Sports",a regular Hubei university creative project,has been included in university physical teaching and competing.It can be taken as one fruit for Hubei province’s implementing central government’s spirits to strengthen teenagers’ health.Meanwhile,it sufficiently embodies the positive effects of in depth probing into university students’ participation in "Sunny Sports".The thesis starts from its implication and nature,presents a comprehensive analysis of its guiding lines,preliminary principles,methodologies,and significance of carrying out physical creative project.Finally,the thesis demonstrates a summary for university students’ physical creative teaching and competing operating model and implementing situation. |
