| 摘 要： | 研究以社会认同理论和平衡理论为理论依据,采用Trail和Janmes的团队认同问卷,借助现代互联网络技术,对成都足球俱乐部的部分球迷发放网络问卷,调查球员的场外不良行为以及不同领导回应态度对球迷团队认同感的影响。结果表明,高认同感球迷在球员发生场外不良行为时,主要通过主观偏袒和害群之马效应来为球队免责,继续维持其较高的团队认同感;而且,球队领导的积极回应态度和处理方式只会对高认同感球迷的团队认同感的维持有效。
