| 摘 要： | 通过对健康第一指导思想确定进行了思考与研究 ,认为健康第一指导思想的确立是党中央从当代世界发展和中华民族伟大复兴的战略高度 ,针对应试教育现象做出的英明决策 ;健康第一指导思想确立不仅明晰了学校体育在学校教育中的重要地位 ,同时也为深化学校体育改革指明了方向。思考、探求健康第一指导思想确立依据 ,内涵与意义 ,对更好贯彻落实健康第一指导思想 ,推进体育素质教育既必要又重要。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the guiding thinking of Health First was considered and studied. It was suggested that the establishment of the guiding thinking of Health First is the Party Central Committee's wise decision in allusion to the phenomenon of examination education, from the viewpoint of the contemporary world development and the strategy for renewing the great Chinese nation. It has not only cleared the important status of school physical education in school education, but has also pointed out the direction for deepening the school physical education reform. Considering and searching the gist, the connotation and the significance of the establishment of the guiding thinking of Health First are necessary and important for carrying out the Health First guiding thinking well and promoting the physical education quality education. |
