| 摘 要： | 健康生活方式的养成教育是大学生强健体魄的重要保证,本文对大学生健康生活方式养成教育的形成机制、原则、内容和方法进行深入地探讨。本研究结果为大学生的健康生活方式的养成教育开拓了理论研究的空间,对大学生健康生活方式养成教育的实践具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Cultivating Education of health life style is very important guarantee to the students' strong physique.This paper researched in depth the form mechanism,principle,content and methods of the of cultivating education to the college Students'Lifestyle so as to exploit a domain for its theory and practical research.Lifestyle,the form that we should promote the health education life style.This result serves as an important guide to the practice of cultivating education health life style for the students. |
