| 摘 要： | 篮球运动的基础在于青少年运动员的训练。近年来我国男女篮球在国际大赛中败多胜少 ,究其原因 ,主要由于对青少年队伍培养不力 ,造成年轻队员技术粗糙、比赛心理承受能力差、战术素养以及作风、体能较差等。从教练员在青少年运动员训练的角度入手 ,就技战术训练、篮球意识的培养、场上位置职责的划分、集体主义精神与队员个性化的处理、教练员素质的提高等问题进行分析 ,并提出了相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | The foundation of basketball lies in the training of adolescent players. For the recent years the Chinese men and women basketball teams lost more and won less, because the cultivation of adolescent players was not in the right way, which resulted in roughness in technique, poor psychological endurance in competition, inferior tactical accomplishment and style as well as poor physical efficiency. There existed problems of technical and tactical training, cultivation of basketball consciousness, division of floor positions and duties, management of the relationship between collectivism and individuation of a player as well as improvement of the coaches' qualities in the training of adolescent players. Those problems were analyzed and methods to solve them were advanced. |
