| 摘 要： | 比赛的公平性对比赛至关重要.通过对现行的比赛规则及裁判工作方法存在的一些缺陷进行分析,并对这些问题提出改革和建议,以便使运动员能够在更加合理的比赛规则中进行比赛,使由于规则而带来的不公平降低到最小限度.

| Abstract: | Fairness is essential to competitions. The paper analyses some defects that exist in current rules and regulations and judging method,and puts forward some suggestions to these questions. It makes the athlete be able to carry on the matches with more reasonable rules and regulations,reducing the unfairness brought about by rules and regulations down to a minimum level. |
