| 摘 要： | 为了使排球运动的攻防更加趋于平衡,国际排联推出自由人等新规则,各国先后采取了自由人战术,以提高本队的防守能力,获得好的比赛成绩,我国女排在自由人战术应用上与世界强队存在一定差异,主要讨论比赛中对自由人的使用,以及我国女排在此方面存在的优势与不足.
