| 摘 要： | 通过探讨教练员的涵义和所具备的职业特征,结合我国职业资格制度的发展和体育事业发展的现实需要,调查分析我国教练员队伍现状及现行教练员管理制度存在的问题,从理论上剖析建立我国教练员职业资格制度的可能性和必要性,为建立我国教练员职业资格制度提供决策依据,以此促进我国教练员职业标准化工作的规范化、制度化、科学化和体育行业标准化工作的发展. |

| Abstract: | With the discussion about the meaning and professional characteristics of the coach,the problems about the status quo of Chinese coach teams and the current management system of coach are researched and analyzed in accordance with the development of the system of Chinese coaches' professional qualifications and Chinese sports development.The feasibility and necessity of establishing the system of Chinese coaches' professional qualifications are theoretically analyzed,in order to provide references for the establishment of the system of Chinese coaches' professional qualifications and promote the standardization,institutionalization,and scientificity of Chinese coach work and the development of sports industry standardization. |
