| 摘 要： | 通过对中国残疾人举重集训队,冬训成绩与全国锦标赛、悉尼奥运会冠军的成绩对比,对重点运动员,运动员安排进行了分析,结果显示,当前我国残疾人举重运动发展迅速,女子某些级别已达到世界领先水平,但男子实力差距较大;对于采用"进二退一"的训练安排,经过尝试,证明在当前条件下,此方法行之有效。

| Abstract: | Through the comparison between the level of the Chinese handicapped weightlifting training team in the winter training and that of the champions of the Chinese handicapped weightlifting champions and the Sydney Olympic champions, I analyze the key athletes. The result showed that our Chinese handicapped weightlifting develops quickly. Some female grades rank the leading level in the world, but there is still a big gap in the male weightlifting compared with the world level. I make a trial by adopting the arrangement of setting "two move back one" and testify it's effective at present condition. |
