排球教学俱乐部分层教学的实验研究

摘    要:分层教学俱乐部能够体现因材施教,区别对待的教学原则,可以有效地提高学生的锻炼兴趣、发展个性、培养特长和增强体育意识.以中央财经大学排球教学俱乐部中二年级学生实施分层教学的实验研究,同时对实验数据进行了统计与分析,阐述了分层排球教学俱乐部实施的可行性,旨在为高校体育俱乐部的改革提供新的思路.

Practical Research on Level-based Teaching at Volleyball Clubs

Abstract:Level-based teaching can embody the principle of teaching according to students' abilities and dealing with each student with his merits, which can increase their study interesting, develop their characters, cultivate their special features and strengthen their athletic consciousness. Taking some sophomore students of the volleyball teaching clubs of the Central University of Finance and Economics as subjects, the paper makes a statistic analysis of data obtained from the experiment, sets forth the feasibility of level-based teaching at volleyball clubs with a purpose to offer insights to the reform of university sports clubs.
