| 摘 要： | 为了研究外源性生长素对运动大鼠肝、肾组织结构的影响,选取28只雄性成熟SD大鼠,随机分为安静组、安静注射组、运动组、运动注射组,进行试验.结果显示:安静注射组与运动注射组大鼠肾近曲小管呈混浊肿胀,管腔不清晰,并见有少量的混浊液,安静组和运动组形态结构正常.肝组织结构光镜下观察,安静和运动注射组大鼠肝脏出现脂肪样变性,运动组1个大鼠出现肝细胞坏死,核不清晰,色淡.实验结果表明,外源性生长素可引起大鼠肝、肾组织结构出现病理性变化,提示大剂量使用生长素对肝、肾组织有明显副作用.

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of rhGH on hepatic and renal structures in training rats, 28 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups as follows: the resting group, the resting group with rhGH injection, the exercise group and the exercise group with rhGH injection. The structures of the liver and the kidney were observed under the light microscope after eight week exercise and four week injection. The results showed that in the resting group with rhGH injection and in the exercise group with rhGH injection their renal proximal tubules appeared to be turbid and swell. The cavities of the tubules were unclear, but a little turbid liquid was seen. There was no change in the other two groups. As for the hepatic cell structure there was fatty degeneration in the resting group with rhGH injection and in the exercise group with rhGH injection. In one of the rats of the exercise group there appeared hepatic cell necroses, the nuclei of the cells were unclear and they were light. It was indicated in the experiment that rhGH induces pathological changes in hepatic and renal structures of rats, showing that the administration of a large dose of rhGH has obvious side effects on hepatic and renal structures. |
