| 摘 要： | 对运动员进行医学检查和健康评定,筛出潜在危险因素,尤为重要.结合研究现状和实际工作需要,我们认为应从完善病史回顾、利用超声心动图加强心血管病筛查、强调女性运动员特有问题如进食紊乱、月经不调和骨质疏松、重视非创伤性疾病防治来建立针对于我国优秀运动员的体检模式,并自2004年初步应用于国家运动员,成立运动员体检数据库,对异常问题监督追踪.目前的体检模式还应在实践中不断改进,最终形成统一标准模式,力求简便、准确、快速和有效和可行性,以保障每位运动员的安全和健康.

| Abstract: | It is important for national athletes to evaluate their health condition and screen potentially dangerous factors.On the basis of studies and practical needs,we established a uniform PPE project special for elite athletes firstly applied to national teams athletes before the 28th Olympic Game in 2004.This PPE model was developed and improved through comprehensivizing medical history,intensely screening for cardiovascular diseases by echocardiography,emphasizing health issues unique to the female athlete,such as disordered eating,menstrual dysfunction and osteoporosis,and stressing non-traumatic diseases.At present,a database on PPE of national athletes has come into being,those with abnormal conditions found through PPE having been under cautious supervision by doctors.This standardized form of PPE should be further improved to be more convenient,accurate,effective,efficient,and practical in order to guarantee every player's health and safety. |
