| 摘 要： | 职业能力是体育教师从事体育教育教学必须具备的要求,体育教师职业能力关系到我国体育教育教学事业的整体水平。为了保证我国体育教师职业能力的水准,促进体育教师职业能力的长期发展,拟提出以下几点管理策略:建立《体育教师资格认证标准》和《体育教师职业能力标准》;体育教师职业能力岗前测评与《教师资格证书》密切结合;建立体育教师职业能力定期测评和教师资格定期认证相结合的制度;设立体育教师培训基地和职业能力测评机构。
