| 摘 要： | 站在21世纪第二个十年的新起点上,综合性大学体育发展将迎来新的机遇与挑战。综合性大学体育发展所面临的基本问题是:发展方向"迷失",成才教育方法落后,竞技体育"困惑",学科建设"残疾",师资队伍"边、穷",资源分配竞争力不足,改革勇气不够,创新能力匮乏,服务功能"短板",特色发展缺失等等。本文在研究论述十大基本问题形成原因的基础上,提出了相应的解决对策与建议。
