| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、访谈法和实证分析法,基于湖州师院体育学院与湖州市体育运动学校互动项目实证研究,对高校体育院系与地方国家奥林匹克体育后备人才基地互动双赢模式进行探索.可以说是体教结合模式研究之后,值得进一步探索和在全国范围内推广应用的一种新的合作模式.其模式是在体育院系与《基地》的互动基础上实现双赢,能充分发挥双方各自优势,取得双方利益收获.这种互动很少受到各自主管部门的行政体制制约,是在保持各自部门体制正常运作基础上的互动,具有独特形式.

| Abstract: | Based on the interaction between sport department of Huzhou Teachers College and Huzhou Sports School,with methods of literature,interviewing and positivist analysis,this paper does a research on the mode of win-win interaction between sport departments in colleges and national base of reserved Olympic talent.The new mode is a new cooperative one behind the mode of combination of physical and teaching aiming at achieving win-win between interaction of the sport department and the base.The new mode brings both advantages into play and benefits each other without the restriction of its own administrative systems.It is a special mode which can be carried out without influence on the normal process of each department's working system. |
