| 摘 要： | 依据高等院校体育学习目标,在高校创建了"121体育课程目标体系",即"1次活动""2种方法""1次检查",将课程目标由多元化转为具体化,工作任务明确、具体.经过两年的运作实验,得出实验班学生的专项技能、身体素质和对体育的认识水平得到明显提高,学生的体育锻炼习惯初步养成,培养了一批有组织管理能力的体育骨干,促进了整个学校体育活动的开展.体现了学校教育要树立"健康第一"的指导思想.

| Abstract: | Based on the study purpose of curriculum of public sports in higher education the "121 PE Curriculum Purpose System" was set up,including one activity,two methods and one examination,which made it possible to transfer the multiple curriculum purpose into the practical implementation,and make the tasks more accurate and detailed.After two-year experiment,it was found that the special techniques and skills,physical fitness and sport cognition of students were improved dramatically;the students' habits of sports participation has been initially developed;a team of sport elites with high level of organization ability have been built up.Accordingly the implementation of PE at school were enhanced,which embodied the educational idea of 'health first'. |
