| 摘 要： | 用管理学、心理学和社会学的研究方法对我国现行体育管理系统的现状进行了调查。通过量化及相关理论研究,我们发现管理人员对我国的体育管理系统评价得分非常低,与他们理想得分相差甚远,管理人员人力资源未得到充分的发挥,最后作者对其现状提出了对策与建议。

Investigation and Study of Sport Management System Status in China |

| Abstract: | The present situation of sports management system in operation was investigated by adopting science of management, psychology and sociology. By methods of quantification and study of relevant theories it was found that in evaluating the sports management system in China the management personnel got a low mark, which was far from the ideal one. The manpower resource of the management personnel wasn't brought into full play. Finally, based on the present situation suggestions and countermeasures were put forward. |
