| 摘 要： | 随着国际级和国家级赛事中兴奋剂检测范围和力度的扩大,运动员的某些合法权益受到侵害的可能性也随之加大.如果运动员的合法权益在反兴奋剂过程中受到侵害,则显然背离了反兴奋剂的初衷.应依法确认并维护运动员在反兴奋剂过程中享有的权利,防止各种侵权行为的发生.

| Abstract: | With the extension of the range and strength of anti-doping test in competitive sports in China and abroad,the possibility of violation of athlete's rights is increasing.If the athlete's rights have been violated in the process of anti-dope,it is obviously against the initial intention of anti-dope.In order to prevent the tort,it is necessary to affirm and protect the athlete's rights according to the law in the process of anti-dope. |
