| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法,对江苏省高校高水平乒乓队赛前训练周期的特征进行研究。研究揭示,随着高校乒乓球赛事的日益增多,应采用多个短小周期的“单元”训练模式,使运动员始终处于一种较好的竞技状态。因为大学生运动员在训练时间上大大少于专业选手,合理安排赛前训练周期就显得尤为重要。由于影响高校高水平乒乓队赛前训练周期的因素很多,因此要运用时间生物学和时间运动学规律来科学调控运动员的赛前竞技状态;赛前训练周期的具体时间安排应服从于运动员在比赛时恰好处于发挥最佳竞技状态的时间范围内。

| Abstract: | Using the the literature material method,logic analysis method and expert interview method,the paper discusses the feature of the pre-competitive cycle training for advanced table tennis team in Jiangsu colleges and universities.The research shows that along with the college game of table tennis grow increasingly,we should use training pattern with the "unit" of many short periods,and make athlete be in a kind of better competitive state all along.Because the college athlete is less than professional player greatly on training time,so arrange pre-competitive cycle training reasonably is very important.There are a lot of factors of influencing pre-competitive training cycle for advanced table tennis team in colleges and universities,so we should use time biology and time kinematics laws to adjust and control the pre-competitive state.Concrete time of pre-competitive training cycle is it should submit to table tennis athlete happen in giving play to best time range of competitive state while playing. |
