| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法等对西部地区中小学体育教材使用情况进行了调查，为建立起以学生发展为中心、体现学生学习主体地位和西部特色的新教材体系提出了对策建议。建议在教材立项、编写、出版发行、实用等环节上给予西部地区特殊政策，加大力度建设西部地区中小学体育教材，以满足新课程实验和教学的需要。

| Abstract: | The present situation of the usage of PE teaching material of primary and middle schools in western region was investigated by questionnaire survey. In order to establish the new teaching material system that tahes students develop ment as a center, the students' shows study main-body position with western region characteristic, the author put forward some countermeasures. |
