| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是国家兴旺发达不竭的动力。如何使学生进行创造性地主动地发展，体育教学通过其自身特有的形式对学生个性发展、身心完善以及创造力的发展产生影响和提高有相当的作用。体育教学不是有别于或脱离于精神的身体教育，而是包括身体在内的对人的全面教育。
