血乳酸、血尿素生理生化指标对耐力运动员训练水平的影响及其相关性研究

摘    要:对山东理工大学中长跑队8名男运动员运动后的血乳酸、血尿素等指标进行了测试,采用数理统计、实验研究等方法对测试数据进行了较为全面系统的量化分析。从结果看,运动员完成相应负荷强度后即刻至次日晨(12小时后),血乳酸和血尿素水平均高于运动前安静值(P<0.01),表现出与负荷强度和负荷量的高度相关性和个体差异。依据上述指标及时更正训练方案,结果表明血乳酸与血尿素指标的联合应用能较准确监测运动员的机能状态和训练水平,从而科学地指导训练。

Abstract:Using BLA.BU indexes to monitor eight male athletes of Shandong University of Technology after exercising.The author carries on overall and systematic analysis to experimental data by using the research method of statistics and the research of experiment.Concluded from the result,we find that athletes accomplish corresponding loading intensity ,the level of BLA and BU are both higher than quiet parameter(P<0.01),which show that high relativity and individual difference between loading intensity and loading quantity.According to preceding indexes adjust the training project.The results manifest:The united appliance of BLA and BU can monitor functionary situation and training level of athletes precisely and thus instruct training scientifically.
