| 摘 要： | 采用调查研究的方法,探讨凝聚力与战术配合意识（共享心智模型）、比赛成绩的关系,并检验研究假设的中介模型。结果显示,运动员所感知到的凝聚力对比赛成绩的影响显著,该影响由于篮球战术意识的加入而变小。说明篮球战术意识是凝聚力与比赛成绩之间的中介变量。

| Abstract: | The relationship of cohesion,shared mental models and performance was investigated in national junior basketball teams in this paper.The result showed that cohesion had significant influence on team performance,but their effects were diminished when shared mental models was included in the predictive equations.It suggested that shared mental models mediated the relationship between cohesion and team performance. |
