| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访谈法对淮海工学院女生选修形体课的情况进行了较全面的调查与分析。结果表明，形体训练符合女生心理、生理需要，能塑造形体和陶冶情操，并有效地提高身体机能水平，但该校形体课教学开展的情况与大学生的需求之间存在很大差距。因此，在高校女生中开设形体选修课很有必要。

| Abstract: | This paper thoroughly analyzes the situation of college girls' electing figure courses through question paper and investigation. The results show that figure building accords with girls' psychology, their physiological needs and can model their figures and sentiments. It can also improve body function standards effectively. However , there is a great gap between college figure courses and the demands of students. So it is necessary to offer an elective course in figure building among college girls. |
