| 摘 要： | 青少年乒乓球运动员的选材是一项非常重要的工作。为此,本文提出,我们的教练员必须采用科学的方法,在茫茫人海中选择那些具有从事运动训练先天条件的人来进行训练,这种选择过程,就是运动员选材。“慧眼识英雄”,选材已成为推动我国乒乓球运动进一步发展的一项至关重要的课题。

| Abstract: | The selection of table tennis players from the great masses of the young is a very important task. In view of this ,this paper presents the coaches adopt the scientific approaches to select those , who are inborne talented , to take part in the training. This process is called the selection of the talented players. Now, how to select players has become an impo-rant subject to encourage the further development of the table tennis event in our country. |
