| 摘 要： | 体育科学决策是行动之首,决策的科学与否将涉及到其组织行为结果的质量及目标的达成。体育科学决策的内在核心在于系统思维,应用系统思维能全面、统筹兼顾、系统优化地进行思考,尔后作出科学的决策,获得较为理想的思维方法。系统思维的特征有整体性、结构性、开放性等。
