| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育事业的不断发展,体育行业对竞技体育、体育经营与管理、体育产业服务等高素质人才的需求也越来越迫切,对体育职业院校的人才培养质量要求也越来越高。体育职业院校应该主动顺应市场需求,及时调整办学思路和人才培养模式,不断提高办学质量和校企、校队合作水平,努力为社会培养出更多更优秀的体育应用人才。遗憾的是,由于种种原因,体育职业院校的校企、校队合作并不顺畅。如何构建体育职业院校校企、校队合作的长效机制,已成为体育学界研究的重点。运用文献资料法、实际调研与访问等方法研究和分析了体育职业院校校企、校队合作的现状,提出了构建体育职业院校校企、校队合作长效机制的设想。

| Abstract: | Follow the continuous development of sports career in china. The high quality talented person＇s de- mand is more and more imperativehing that sports industry for competitive sports, sports management and admin- istration, sports industry services. The quality of personnel training requirements are also getting higher and high- er that talants of Physical occupation colleges. Physical occupation colleges should actively adapt to demand of the market. Adjust the thought of set up schools and the mode of talents training in time, improve the quality of establish school and the level of cooperation for school business and team cooperation constantly, in order to work hard for the society to cultivate more excellent sports talents. But it is unfortunately that school business and the team cooperation about physical occupation colleges is not smooth. How to construct the long-term mechanism a- bout the cooperation.＇？ It has become the focus of academic study in sports. It has been researched and analysed the status of school business and the team cooperation, with application methods of literature Information, actual investigation and interview. Put forward a construction plan about the long-term mechanism which school busi- ness and the team cooperation. |
