| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对山西师范大学学生休闲方式的选择及其影响因素进行了分析。结果显示:大学生参与休闲的动机单一;休闲方式的选择不合理,休闲体育没有得到应有的重视;休闲体育的参与度受自身因素和外在因素的影响较大。建议加大对健康休闲方式和休闲体育的宣传力度;加大校内免费运动场馆、场地的建设和开放,满足大学生休闲体育运动的需求;加大对休闲体育的资金投入,重视学校休闲体育的发展。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature and material,the method of questionnaire survey,the method of mathematical statistics and other methods of research,this paper analyzes the college students leisure choice and influencing factors of shanxi normal university,and tries to provide the factual basis on the college students leisure choice and the development of leisure sports at school.The result shows： the motivation of college students to participate in the leisure activities is single;the choice of the ways of leisure activities is unreasonable,leisure sports havent get the attention they deserve;the degree of participation of leisure sports affects by college students their own factors（such as the cognition of leisure sports,interest to participate in the leisure sports,motivation of participation,etc.） and external factors（such as leisure time,sports facilities,etc.）.The actuality needs common colleges to increase the degree of publicity of the healthy leisure way and leisure sports and to increase the construction of the building of school sports venues and to open them free of charge to meet the needs of college students leisure sports;need input more and more money to leisure sports and attach great importance to the development of leisure sports at school. |
