| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,总结了职工体育对企业文化的贡献,剖析了随着市场经济的发展和企业之间的激烈竞争,影响企业投资职工体育经济效益的若干问题:与企业的经济行为不适应、经费不足、领导不重视、体育设施不足及缺乏体育意识等。在此基础上提出了相应对策,以期在新世纪里职工体育为企业带来更多的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The article summarized the staff sports to the enterprise culture contribution by using literature material and questionnaire survey,analyzed the certain questions that the enterprise invested the staff sports economic efficiency: unsuitable enterprise's economic activities,sufficient funds,sufficient sports facility and lacking sports consciousness and so on.Proposed the corresponding countermeasure that the staff sports wound bring the more economic efficiency. |
