| 摘 要： | 竞技体育和群众体育孰轻孰重一直是我国体育界争执的焦点。从举国体制、异化的体育人、从“工具”到“玩具”三个方面进行阐述，即体育在特定的历史阶段作为一种特殊的国家意志化和政治功能化的工具，作为阶段的行为，迟早要改变重心，向休闲娱乐领域转移，成为满足中国人现代精神文化需求的“玩具”。

| Abstract: | Which is more important, mass sport or athletic sport？ It is the topic which the public paid attention to in China. Studying from national wide system, allochemical sports person and from tool to toy the paper makes a conclusion that as a special tool presenting state will sports will pay more attention to field of entertainment and leisure in order to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of modern people. |
