| 摘 要： | 范志毅诉媒体侵权案是10多年来因体育新闻引发的新闻官司中少有的媒体胜诉的案件,法院对新闻报道的尊重和其先进的法律理念在司法界引起了广泛的关注.文章以“范志毅名誉权”官司为切入点,对“公众人物”的起源、体育公众人物的内涵、“公众人物”名誉权保护原则及其“忍受义务”做了深入地探讨和分析.

| Abstract: | It is the case that the rare media wins a lawsuit in the libel suit caused by sports news for over 10 years that Fan Zhiyi sues the case of encroachment of right of media,the court has caused the extensive concern to news report respect and its advanced legal idea on the judicial circle. This paper regard "Fan Zhiyi's reputation right" lawsuit as breakthrough point, and deeply analyze some subjects that include origin in public personages,the principle about public personage reputation right and right of privacy protect,the meaning of public personages of sports,and the obligation of standing. |
