| 摘 要： | 以《体质健康现状与体育锻炼行为调查问卷》和《症状自评量表（SCL-90）》为依据对苏州大学2007级162名肥胖大学生进行调查与分析。结果发现：（1）肥胖大学生心理健康问题的阳性检出率达到9．26％，其中男生的强迫症状因子占比例最高，而女生的敌对症状因子占比例最高；（2）肥胖大学生的9项症状因子的平均得分均高于全国青年常模，但低于全国大学生常模，部分因子存在显著性差异；（3）肥胖男生的所有因子得分均低于女生，焦虑症状因子中存在显著性差异；（4）肥胖大学生的心理健康水平在整体上呈现出“城市高于农村”的区域特征。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and analysis of 162 obese undergraduates by use of sct -90 standard ,we can find out that positive rate of psychological problem is 9.26%. Among them, obsessive factor of male is the highest rate, but hostility factor of female is the highest. The average of the nine factors of obese undergraduates is higher than that of national youngst, but is lower than that of all undergraduates. The average of all factors of obese male undergraduates is lower than the female. And the psychological health of obese undergraduates from cities is better than that from rural area. |
